Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Super

Chapter Three Espresso & Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated Café / Restaurant Manager to lead our team, grow revenue, attract new customers, and manage the day-to-day operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily café and restaurant operations.
• Increase revenue, sales, and profitability.
• Generate new leads and attract new customers.
• Develop functions, catering and local business opportunities.
• Create promotions and marketing initiatives to increase sales.
• Lead, train and manage front-of-house staff.
• Manage rosters, labour costs, stock and suppliers.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure smooth breakfast, lunch, dinner and function service.
• Manage cash, EFTPOS and end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain food safety, RSA, cleanliness and workplace standards.

Skills & Requirements

• 2–3+ years' café or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Sales-focused with the ability to grow the business.
• Barista experience with excellent coffee and latte art skills.
• Valid RSA certificate.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Available for weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Reliable, organised and passionate about hospitality.
