Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Café Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and food items as per company standards.
• Ensure food presentation and quality standards are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, dining area, and workstations.
• Refill display counters and monitor stock availability.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th Pass / PUC or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
• Knowledge of Kannada, English, Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Cash handling and billing knowledge.
• Basic coffee and beverage preparation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
