My Kind Of Food - Joondalup Health Campus is looking for a cafe supervisor & a Manager.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a cafe or a restaurant, including Coffee making.

Manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training and performance management.
Liaise with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Implement and enforce health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
Focus on customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Strong people leadership skills with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing teams.

Not Suitable for Working Holiday visa holders or overseas applicant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
