Café Supervisor – Rocksalt Café

Location: Dundalk/ Blackrock

Rocksalt Café is one of Dundalk’s most vibrant and energetic coffee spots. We’re looking for a motivated, positive, and experienced Café Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team.

About the Role

As a Café Supervisor, you’ll support the daily running of the café, lead a small team, deliver top-class customer service, and help maintain smooth, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer queries.
• Support and motivate the FOH team.
• Manage cash handling, tills, and end-of-day procedures.
• Oversee stock levels, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Maintain health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

What We’re Looking For

• FOH hospitality experience with some leadership responsibility.
• Barista-trained with a passion for quality coffee.
• Strong multitasker who thrives in a busy environment.
• Confident communicator with great organisational skills.
• Food safety knowledge (advantage, not essential).
• Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude.
