Cafe Assistant

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Clean and maintain the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service and timely completion of tasks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. To excel in this position, you should have basic math skills, good time management abilities, knowledge of food safety practices, and excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
