PA Retail CBD Limited, trading as Koffee Bar, is looking for multiple Café Assistants to join their team at their café, located in the heart of the CBD. The applicant may also be required to work at the company's other café within the same region.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring all items are fresh and at safe temperatures.

• Operating the coffee machine and preparing coffee to high standards.

• Opening and closing the café, ensuring all tasks are completed in an efficient manner.

• Assisting the Café Manager with the daily operational tasks as directed.

• Taking food and beverage orders from customers and delivering outstanding service.

• Greeting customers warmly upon arrival and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Helping with supply deliveries and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

• Operating cash registers and processing customer payments accurately.

• Managing food orders and ensuring stock cabinets are properly stocked at all times.

• Clearing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café.

The candidates will be required to work flexible shifts, including weekends, with a commitment of at least 30 hours per week.

Pay Range:

$25 - $30 /Per Hour

Key Requirements:

• Six months of relevant work experience in a café or hospitality environment is mandatory.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

• Availability to work on weekends and flexible hours.

• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform general cleaning duties.

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Shift work
• Weekend availability
