Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced café environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, as well as food and maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Looking for someone with at least 2 years experience, reliable transportation. Must be able to work 3 shifts during the week and must be able to do one weekend day.
Cafe Hours
7am to 5/5:30pm
Morning and lunch shifts no evening
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or café setting for at least one year.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic knowledge of retail math for handling transactions effectively.
- Experience with cash registers or POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
