We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Café Manager to lead our vibrant Café, Bakery, and Deli in Rathmines. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a friendly team to deliver high-quality food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day café, bakery, and deli operations
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive sales and implement promotional initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong hospitality management experience
- Previous experience in café, bakery, or deli management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
