We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Café Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food and beverage industry, have strong leadership skills, and be adept at managing both people and operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the café’s operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure smooth functioning of both front-of-house and kitchen services.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure kitchen operations adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff across both front and back of house.
- Conduct regular stock take and manage the ordering process for supplies and ingredients.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fast-paced work environment requiring multitasking between front-of-house and kitchen duties.
- Must have a background in food and beverage operations, ensuring familiarity with industry standards and practices.
