Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Café Operations Support & Delivery Associate to help keep our café locations running smoothly. This role is responsible for transporting supplies, products, and operational materials between café locations, the bakery, and roasting facility while supporting overall company logistics and sustainability efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, physically capable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver products, supplies, and operational materials to café locations accurately and on schedule
• Transport items between cafés, bakery, warehouse, and roasting facilities as needed
• Collect and return equipment, inventory, and other materials between company locations
• Manage company recycling processes, including pickup, sorting, and disposal coordination
• Assist café teams with operational support tasks when needed
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage, delivery, and work areas
• Monitor inventory movement and communicate supply needs or discrepancies
• Follow company safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Provide professional and friendly interactions with café teams and vendors

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with physically active work and driving throughout the day
• Previous delivery, warehouse, operations, or hospitality experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with local routes and navigation
• Experience supporting multi-location operations
• Interest in sustainability and recycling practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment:

• Combination of driving, warehouse support, and café environments
• Fast-paced and physically active role
• May include early mornings, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on operational needs
