Front of House Supervisor – CORA, Lucan Village

Full-Time | Daytime Café & Brunch

CORA in Lucan Village is looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team.

Working closely with the Café Manager, you’ll take a hands-on role in leading our front of house team and ensuring a consistently high standard of service across the café.

This is an operations-focused position rather than an administrative role. You’ll be present on the floor, leading service, supporting the team and helping to create the warm, professional and relaxed experience we want CORA to be known for.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years' hospitality experience
• Strong experience with table service and busy café/restaurant operations
• Good knowledge of speciality coffee
• Confident leading and motivating a front of house team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organised and comfortable managing a busy service
• Barista experience is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work midweek and weekends

You’ll work alongside our Café Manager and a talented kitchen team with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, with a shared focus on great food, speciality coffee and genuinely good hospitality.

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to take real ownership of the day-to-day front of house operation at CORA.

Pay: €16.09-€17.27 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
