A Cafeteria Supervisor is responsible for managing daily cafeteria operations, staff supervision, food service quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily Operations
• Supervise cafeteria daily activities
• Ensure food is prepared and served on time
• Monitor food quality and quantity
• Coordinate with kitchen and store team
• Staff Management
• Prepare staff duty schedules
• Monitor attendance and discipline
• Train new staff on service and hygiene
• Ensure proper uniform and grooming
• Inventory & Stock
• Check daily stock (rice, vegetables, groceries, etc.)
• Maintain stock register
• Inform purchase team for shortages
• Reduce wastage and control cost
• Hygiene & Safety
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining area
• Ensure food safety standards
• Check hand gloves, caps, aprons
• Monitor pest control and waste disposal
• Customer Service
• Handle customer/employee food complaints
• Ensure proper serving quantity
• Maintain good service behavior
• Reports
• Daily food count report
• Wastage report
• Attendance report
• Stock report

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
