CENTRALINISTA / OPERATORE CALL CENTER
Azienda settore depurazione e trattamento acqua.
Azienda leader nel settore dei depuratori d’acqua per uso domestico e professionale seleziona Centralinista / Operatore Call Center per ampliamento del proprio team.
- La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Gestione delle chiamate in entrata e in uscita
- Presa appuntamenti
- Supporto informativo sui nostri sistemi di depurazione
- Requisiti richiesti:
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Buona dialettica e orientamento al cliente
- Conoscenza base del PC e dei principali strumenti informatici
- Precisione e organizzazione
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo (preferibile ma non indispensabile)
