Duties

• Make outbound calls
• Provide comprehensive customer service
• Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, and follow-up actions in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
• Previous call center experience or customer service background preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with confidence and professionalism
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and typing accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $350.00 - $1,000.00 per week
