Call Center Representative

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven call center agents based in the Philippines to join our remote team. Job Summary:

As a Remote Call Center Agent, your primary responsibility will be to generate interest and transfer calls to our sales team. You’ll engage with potential customers, build rapport, and assess their interest in our services before handing off the call to our sales specialists. You won’t need to close sales, but each successful transfer will earn you a commission, providing excellent earning potential for high-performing agents.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their needs and qualify their interest in our services.

• Transfer qualified calls to the sales team for further assistance.

• Maintain high-quality customer service standards and professionalism on every call.

• Keep detailed notes and information in the CRM system on each call.

Requirements:

• Excellent English Communication Skills: Clear, fluent, and professional English speaking skills are essential.

• High-Speed Internet Connection: Stable and reliable connection for smooth communication.

• Noise-Cancelling Headset: Required to ensure clear audio on calls.

• Sales Mindset: Motivated to earn commissions, with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented approach.

• Adaptability to Night Shifts: Willing to work in PST timezone, which may require night shifts.

• Self-Motivation and Discipline: Ability to work remotely and independently, following guidelines and meeting targets.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in call centers, telemarketing, or customer service.

• Familiarity with the debt settlement or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.

• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with and motivate potential customers.

Training and Compensation:

• All candidates must complete a training guide and pass a test to demonstrate their understanding of the debt settlement space. Compensation will begin after successful training completion.

• Pay Structure: Base pay plus commission for each qualified transfer to the sales team. This position offers high earning potential for individuals who perform well.
