Position Overview:
We are seeking a tenacious, driven, and highly motivated Remote Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage a steady flow of warm leads generated through our website, converting these opportunities into sales by offering OneHealth’s diverse range of health plans.
To be clear, we are not selling ACA plans with subsidies. Our plans do not allow for subsidies meaning it is a true sale, not just placing someone in "any plan available".
Success in this position requires exceptional phone skills, multitasking ability, and a relentless drive to close deals and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- ngage with warm leads from our website, guiding prospects through their health plan options.
- Conduct high-volume outbound and follow-up calls to active leads daily.
- Build trust and rapport with potential clients, effectively presenting OneHealth’s value proposition.
- Manage and prioritize dozens of active leads at a time, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing conversion rates.
- Provide tailored recommendations to meet clients' needs, emphasizing savings and quality coverage.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless sales process and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a phone-based sales or call center environment, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Highly aggressive and results-oriented, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems and other online sales tools.
- Tenacity and resilience to handle objections and keep moving forward.
- Familiarity with health plans (individual or group) is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $5,000 per month base salary.
- Bonus: Additional bonuses are paid based on overall close ratios.
