Monitor sales calls and ensure quality standards

Prepare QA reports and scorecards

Work with sales team to improve performance.

Requirements:

1–3 years experience as Sales Call Centre - Voice

Mandatory call center sales background

Experience in call monitoring, audits, and feedback

Strong communication & analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
