Action Collections & Receivables Management (ACRM) is growing rapidly — and we’re hiring Call Centre Collections Agents to join our in-office team in Scarborough (Victoria Park & Steeles area).

We work with major banks, telecom providers, leasing firms, utilities, and government clients to manage overdue accounts while maintaining professional, respectful communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities – Collections & Call Centre Support:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding past-due balances
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and clarity
• Negotiate payment plans and settlement arrangements
• Explain account details and available options
• Record call outcomes and notes accurately in the system
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets

What Makes a Great Call Centre Collections Agent:

• Experience in collections, customer service, or call centres is an asset
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Confident handling objections and navigating difficult conversations
• Goal-driven and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
• Must pass a criminal background check

No collections experience? No problem — if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we provide full training.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly wage: $17.20 – $19.00, depending on experience

Work Schedule:

• Option 1: Monday to Friday – 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
• Option 2: Monday to Friday – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Alternating Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Work from our professional call centre located at:
716 Gordon Baker Road, Scarborough, ON (near Victoria Park & Steeles)
Candidates must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting.
