The_ CEEBR Manager (Camp & Events Enrollment, Billing & Receivables) will work with the Brooklyn Music Factory Co-Founders and Directors to support the entire community. This is a public-facing position and ideal candidates will enjoy engaging with students, families, and faculty to create a fun and welcoming environment, as well as doing behind-the-scenes administrative work to ensure a smooth operation. We are a small organization and most positions wear many hats. This is a hybrid (virtual and in person), year-round position based at our studios in Gowanus, Brooklyn. _
Ideal candidates will have/be:
- Experience working with parents of children ranging in age 4-17
- Extremely consistent in communication
- Friendly and outgoing manner (you’d rather be engaged in conversation than watching the conversation)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Confident speaking with parents, both in person and on the phone
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with and/or ability to learn various software tools, including Google Suite, Canva, Airtable, Asana & KEAP.
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently & on weekends as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Enrollment
- Summer & Holiday Camps: Own the full sales funnel — inquiries → follow-up → enrollment → payment -> Health Forms & Registration.
- Date Night & Birthdays: Full ownership of sales/enrollment, including marketing campaigns, parent communication, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Build and manage marketing calendar for camp/events, aligned with BMF’s overall campaigns.
- Work with Systems Manager to develop systems (Calendly, automations, email sequences, etc.) to streamline enrollment.
- Attend open houses/camp fairs
2. Billing & Receivables
- Manage all products in KEAP (setup, updates, accuracy).
- Track receivables and communicate with families on unpaid balances.
- Work directly with bookkeeper to ensure billing is accurate and timely.
- Work to improve and create systems as needed.
I. PAY
$25/hr based on years of experience.
Additional Enrollment Bonuses:
- Sold Out Holiday Camp: $75
- Birthday Month with 4 or more parties booked: $150/month
- Summer Camp Week Sold Out: $150/week
- Date Night with 15 or more attendees: $50
II. SCHEDULE
- Primarily Independent though averaging 2-5 hours/day depending on the season.
- Weekly and Monthly meetings pre-scheduled. (see below)
- Some additional weekend days and evenings for specific camps and events.
III. MEETING SCHEDULE
- Weekly Event & Marketing/Enrollment Campaign Planning w/Camp Director
- Monthly Systems Upgrade Meetings w/ team
- Quarterly Billings/Receivables meetings w/ team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
