WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Overview: We are seeking a talented, experienced and motivated Campaign Operations Manager to join the North Asia team. We’re looking for a Superstar with team management, together with expertise, excellence and consistency in all aspects of managing, strategizing, planning and delivering digital media campaigns.

How will YOU contribute to the Team?

Campaign Operations

• Lead and Manage the Campaign Ops Team - responsible for successful campaign delivery in North Asia Market.
• You will maintain a zero-error rate and adhere to a given SLA, by creating strong operational procedures and QC process for the team.
• You will collaborate with the different teams globally to work on shared client accounts.
• You will be an expert and advise our clients on all technical and compliance aspects while delivering the best possible performance.
• You will help financial tracking against campaigns, including campaign budget development and inventory buys.

Team management

• Oversee the activities and productivity of employees on the team. Keep operations flowing by ensuring employees carry out instructions and perform at their best levels.
• You will be responsible for your team growth and development, including assisting in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures, recruitment, and team member’ s personal development
• You encourage positive behavior by offering team members precise and constructive feedback on the need for improvement.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of experience in digital media and advertising operations.
• Experience in managing a big team and delivering digital ad campaigns.
• Excellent communication and fluent in English, Japanese/Korean.
• Experience in leading teams in complex, multi-geographic, and a multi-cultural environment.
• Experience with advertising platforms: Google Ads (YouTube), DV360, programmatic exchanges, DSP and SSP workflows.
• Knowledge and experience in managing publisher programs within ad networks is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of digital trends, business models, and technologies.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines
• Great attention to detail
