Role description:

• Oversee: Learn to Bike Spring Program (8-9 locations), March Break (2 locations) & Summer Camp Programs (East York to Whitby - 8-9 locations)
• Program delivery - ensure lesson templates executed
• Program operations - daily schedule, equipment & organization of whole territory
• Coach management - enforcing roles & responsibilities & site supervisor evaluations
• Communicate & report to Operations and Owner
• Parent communication - proactively communicating with parents
• Coach recruitment - interviews & training
• Must be able to work weekends
• Starting $60,000 + bonus

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in related field (preferred)
• ECE (preferred)
• Sports Management Certification (preferred)
• Program experience (3 years)
• Demonstrated ability to work in and lead others in a team environment
• Experience working with children in a recreational setting
• Vulnerable Sector Check (annually)
• Valid G License
• Access to vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
