Join our team as a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a pivotal role in recruiting the next generation of leaders!
As a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive our university recruitment strategy by sourcing, attracting, and hiring emerging talent, including interns and entry-level candidates. Collaborating with hiring managers, university partners, and academic departments, you'll ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience while supporting our company’s mission and growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Partnering:
  • Build and strengthen relationships with targeted universities, career centers, and academic programs that align with our company culture and hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement tailored campus recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven recommendations and ensuring a consultative recruitment process.
  • Sourcing & Recruitment:
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, career fairs, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and internship roles, including screening, interviewing, and assessing top talent.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of emerging talent to meet current and future business needs.
  • Campus Engagement & Events:
  • Plan and coordinate impactful campus events such as career fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
  • Represent our organization at universities to promote our employer brand and career opportunities.
  • Insights & Reporting:
  • Leverage recruitment data and metrics to evaluate strategies, measure ROI, and optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports on campus recruitment activities and their alignment with organizational goals.
  • Branding & Collaboration:
  • Partner with Marketing and Social Media teams to develop and promote employer branding initiatives that resonate with university and technical talent.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience that reflects our commitment to talent development.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on university or campus recruiting preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decisions using data insights.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to consult and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for early-career roles.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and events.
  • Willingness to travel to universities and attend events as needed.
