Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Lead to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, driving sales, Leading staff, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of retail management in the cannabis industry, and the ability to foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
• train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and retention
• Oversee merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and inventory control
• Supervise staff performance through regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand's standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and operational improvements

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in leadership role or a similar supervisory role
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively
• Experience in training & development of team members
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Solid understanding of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
