The demand for our services is rapidly growing, and we are looking for Capital Projects Consultants that can deliver our Capital Projects services to our Nordic clients.
Your Role:
You will work within large capital programs, contributing to how investment decisions are structured, monitored, and optimized.
You will:
- Analyze cost, schedule, and risk data to support key project decisions
- Evaluate commercial implications of contractor proposals and change orders
- Contribute to governance frameworks and performance reporting used by senior stakeholders
- Participate in contractor and design coordination meetings in technically complex environments
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in project controls and reporting
- Support procurement follow-up and contract performance tracking
- Use Accenture’s AI-enabled solutions and Capital Project Control Towers to improve transparency, forecasting accuracy, and risk visibility
- Work with digital tools and structured datasets to strengthen decision-making in large-scale investments
You will not only follow processes, but we also expect you to innovate and help improve how capital projects are governed using data and technology.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for high-performing, analytical professionals who are comfortable working at the intersection of construction, commercial management, and technology.
You likely have:
3–6 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, project controls, cost management, or similar
Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with financial and schedule data
Interest in digital tools, data-driven reporting, or AI applications in capital projects
Commercial awareness and curiosity about how large investments are structured
The ability to communicate clearly with technical and commercial stakeholders
A proactive mindset and ambition to take on increasing responsibility
Experience from data centers, energy infrastructure, or other technically demanding projects is highly valued
Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, law, business, or similar with strong academic performance
