Job Summary

A leading four star luxury business Hotel Pal Heights Mantra is looking to hire dynamic and experience F&B Captain four our restaurants. He will be responsible for customer satisfaction and providing flawless service to guests. In order to do so, it can be important for captains to perform the following duties.

• Greetings and welcoming guests when they enter.
• Explaining different menu items and offering recommendation.
• Answering and questions about the ingredients of a dish on the menu.
• Serving food and beverage to the guest.
• Presenting the final bill to guests for payment.
• Timing different dishes effectively do maximize the dinning experience.
• Addressing any guests complaints or requests.
• Thanking guests and conveying gratitude while they are exiting.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experiences as captain in Hotel Industry.
• Bachelor of Hotel Management (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• complete knowledge of IDS software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
