Job Title: Lot Attendant

Location: Red Deer Motors

Job Type: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with some overtime.

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to manage and maintain our lot and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lot Management: Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas, maintain the lot's cleanliness and organization.
• Wash and get vehicles ready for pictures.
• Delivery clean sold units.
• Mow lawn in the summer and use the blower pack for snow in the winter.
• Provide general support when needed including moving vehicles off the lot to other locations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Drivers license and clean criminal back ground.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds as needed. (blower pack)
