The Swan Shopping Centre are currently seeking applications for the position of Car Park Attendant Part-time.

Located in Rathmines, Dublin.

Duties & Responsibilities

General

• Ensure car park is opened and closed in line with trading hours.
• Work closely with the centre management team to ensure that the car parks are operating to the highest possible level to provide an excellent service to our customers & tenants.
• General maintenance and upkeep duties.
• Health and safety checks carried out routinely in line with required standards.
• Reporting any health and safety concerns immediately to Centre Management.
• Cash & reconciliation procedures
• Weekly reporting processes

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service
• Strong Communication
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to work well as part of a Team

Skills and Qualifications

No formal qualification required; however, the below skills are essential:

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Works well within a team and on own initiative when required.
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• Basic Computer literacy and Report Writing
• Problem solving

Previous Experience

• Worked in customer facing roles in the past.
• Have experience working with cash.
