Car Wash Assistant Managers are responsible for backing up the Site manager in a leadership capacity.
- Candidate must be minimally proficient in Word, Excel, and Basic Computer Skills in order to effectively meet reporting procedures.
- Candidate should have one year of management experience in a fast paced retail environment or a trade, or two years of experience in Car Wash Sales or Car Wash Supervisory Roles.
- Salaries will be negotiated upon offer of position and are commensurate with experience and ability.
- Basic mechanical understanding, ability to lead a team, and train new hires with a focus on procedural perfection are a must. Sales must be a strength for candidate to meet with a high level of success and personal growth.
- Job is 95% outdoors and on your feet, in motion. Candidate should be sure that they have no medical conditions or injury histories that would be complicated by these types of work conditions.
Our managers are the face of the company and will need to be a "leader" when it comes to staffing and training staff...
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
