Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Guidance

• Great customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Direct vehicles safely into the tunnel wash
• Answer customer questions about car wash packages and services

Tunnel Operations Support

• Monitor vehicle spacing and alignment entering the tunnel
• Communicate with team members to maintain smooth flow and avoid backups
• Respond quickly to tunnel stoppages or equipment alerts

Site Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Empty trash bins and restock towel stations
• Perform basic upkeep of wash equipment and report issues promptly

Team Collaboration

• Assist with end-of-day cleanup and closing procedures
• Support other team members during peak hours or special promotions

Schedule:

• Hours available up to 40 hours/week
• Weekday and weekend shifts
• Hours of operations are 7 am - 7 pm M-F, 8 am - 6 pm Sat, and 8 - 5 pm Sun

Position requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for an extended period of time
• Ability to perform tasks including signaling to customers and maintaining cleanliness of the tunnel and the property
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain positive attitude, strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform manual tasks as required

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
