Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Car Wash Attendant to join our team as the weekend attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring standards and professionalism. You will work in a casual and fun environment, interacting with customers and utilizing various tools and machinery to maintain the quality of an automated carwash service and the property.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including custodial duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift and move equipment as needed for cleaning tasks.
- Reliable and available to work weekends.
