Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to scrutinize potential competitors and develop new action plans to contend with growing competition.
• Formulate and implement innovative selling and marketing policies in order to maximize company sales and customer loyalty.
• Advertise vehicles, by taking photos and organising promotional programs
• Assist in all social media efforts including updating website Trade me, Dealer base, Autotrader, Auto base, company website, Facebook etc.
• Prepare strategies and ensure implementation to promote the company’s goods and services to as many people as possible.
• Prepare strategies and ensure implementation to generate increased consumption of our company’s goods andservices through the creation and reinforcement of company’s “brand image” or “brand loyalty”.
• Prepare strategies and ensure implementation to build and maintain an organisation’s image and reputation withits customers, investors, and the wider public.
• Buy and Sell cars and car parts and keep an accurate list of inventories
• Open to deal with overseas suppliers from different countries such as Japan, Australia & Singapore when needed.
• Preparing staff payroll and wage, staff roster, and time sheets.
• Knowledge of using bank accounts and pay vendors on time
• Undertake budgeting for the establishment
• Negotiating price and creating deal for welfare of company
• Controlling, selection and training of the staff
• Meet all requirements relating to health and safety issues in line with the health and safety regulations

Skills: The successful candidate will have either a minimum of Level 7 Business Qualification OR a minimum of 3 years experience in managing a business. Must have a New Zealand Full Driver's Licence.

Pay rate: You will be offered a wage rate between $30 to $32 per hour.

Hours: A minimum of 30 hours per week will be offered.
