  • Proactively problem solve and attend to gaps in resident needs through collaboration and teamwork. Communicate and work with the care team to ensure consistent and high-quality resident care and support.
  • Demonstrate the Bolton Clarke Values-in-practice to foster a culture of kindness, curiosity and great care
  • To be the day-to-day relationship link for families, keeping them up to date with the care and wellbeing needs of the resident.
  • Build strong and inclusive relationships by communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff team members.

Requirements

  • Strong and clear verbal communication skills
  • Good care knowledge
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination

Our benefits:

  • A caring team environment with strong clinical and allied health support
  • We provide a work culture that values you and invests in your career
  • Generous salary packaging and not-for-profit tax benefits – claim up to $15,900 tax free plus additional $2650 in entertainment per year
  • Private health insurance discounts
  • An Employee Assistance Program for staff and family
