Title: Care Coordinator - Full-Time- Woodbridge IP12
Salary: 14.25 p/h
Description:
Join our team as a Care Co-Ordinator at a reputable care facility in Norwich as a passionate Care Coordinator. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide exceptional personal care to residents, promoting their independence and upholding their dignity. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care services. You will also assist in maintaining the residents' physical environment and contribute to the day-to-day activities of the home. In the absence of the Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the home, ensuring the well-being of both staff and residents.
Requirements as a Care Co-Ordinator:
- Previous experience supervising a care team
- Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and familiarity with residents' needs
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities
