You’ll be joining a Team of experienced Coordinators who play an integral part in the delivery of our high-quality services to the people we support.

You’ll be…

  • Highly organised – ensuring staff are available for shifts and communicating any changes
  • Supportive – ensuring the efficient and professional running of our services

  • Assisting with support plans – planning and implementing plans enabling service users to lead fulfilling lives

You’ll need proven experience in…

  • Working in the learning disability or care sector
  • Understanding person-centred care and commitment to quality support
  • Managing rotas and using IT systems (Cold Harbour is desirable but not essential)
  • Coordinating staff to meet each service user’s individual needs
  • Prioritising and multitasking
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Effective communication and teamwork

No formal qualifications are required. All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • providing care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
