Duties include:

• Answering phone queries from service users and staff members;
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information;
• Full cycle recruitment looking after SeeMeHired, Jobsoid, Indeed & other talent pipelines as required.
• Scheduling & templating visits;
• Filing;
• General computer tasks;
• Any adhoc duties required.
