SHIFT LEAD CAREGIVER OPPORTUNITY - ULTIMATE CARE LAKEWOOD
At Ultimate Care Lakewood, we are a small dedicated team with a commitment to excellence. Our residents comfort and well-being are our top priorities, and we are here to provide the ultimate care they deserve. We are looking for a dedicated, reliable caregiver with a genuine passion for working with the elderly.
We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Qualified Level 3 (or above) Caregiver, that has at least 6 months NZ dementia experience who not only holds the relevant qualifications but knows what it means to truly care for our people.

Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $28.25 based on experience and qualifications.
- 4 x 8 hour night shifts per week

The Role:
- Providing a friendly and supportive service for those with dementia
- Personal cares
- Helping with general activities in daily living
- Housework
- The nature of this business requires 24 hour cover 7 days a week so weekend work will be required.
- Knowledge of the Health & Disability Sector Standards
- Minimum 6 months experience in the Aged Care industry - specifically dementia care
- Must have minimum NZ Health & Wellbeing Certificate Level 4 or equivalent
- Empathy and commitment to excellence in care of the elderly
- Possesses a can-do attitude
- Honesty, reliability, and integrity
