Introduction:
At Columbia Aged Care, our residents' wellbeing sit at the heart of everything we do. As our Care Services Manager, you will shape the day-to-day clinical operations of our Chatswood facility, fostering an environment where both staff and residents thrive. You will work closely with the Facility Service Manager to oversee clinical delivery, support clinical teams development, manage clinical risks, and drive meaningful health outcomes every single day.

This role combines leadership responsibilities with clinical practice and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact to quality of life of our residents.

Description:
What You'll Do

• Drive clinical care excellence: Direct and optimize daily personal and clinical care programs to ensure outstanding resident outcomes in line with national standards.
• Lead and empower care teams: Supervise, coach, and support Registered Nurses, care staff, and allied health professionals to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Master regulatory & funding compliance: Champion Aged Care Quality Standards, oversee AN-ACC/funding processes, and maintain continuous accreditation readiness.
• Champion continuous improvement: Analyze clinical data and incident trends to implement proactive safety, medication management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Advocate for residents & families: Act as a key liaison for families and residents, guaranteeing personalized care plans that respect individual rights and choices.

What You Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse.
• Valid National Police Check and full Australian working rights.
• Previous Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care
• Strong clinical leadership and people management capability
• A solid understanding of aged care compliance, governance and quality
• The ability to lead, mentor and develop a clinical team
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A genuine passion for resident outcomes and quality care
