Job Type: 12 Month Contract (38 Hours Per Week)

Description:
What You'll Do

Lead and support the Care Services team to deliver exceptional injury management outcomes
Manage Cater Care's national Workers'Compensation portfolio across all Australian jurisdictions
Provide strategic advice on injury management, rehabilitation and legislative compliance
Oversee claim costs, premium performance and financial reporting for senior leadership and the Board
Build strong partnerships with insurers, rehabilitation providers and operational leaders
Drive continuous improvement across care services, governance and recovery outcomes

Skills and Experiences:
About You

Proven experience leading and developing high performing teams
Extensive Workers' Compensation claims management experience across Australia
Allied Health qualification with expertise in injury management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong leadership, negotiation and commercial decision making capability
Passion for creating positive outcomes for both employees and the business
