The Role

As a Career Coach, you will support clients across a range of industries, helping them plan their careers, improve their CVs, prepare for interviews and develop effective job search strategies. You will also have the chance to run online workshops and webinars to inspire and educate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised career coaching to clients in different sectors.
• Support clients with career planning, CV development and interview preparation.
• Deliver practical advice on job search strategies.
• Lead workshops and webinars to share knowledge and best practice.
• Keep up to date with industry trends to ensure high-quality coaching.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in career coaching, HR, recruitment or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet client needs independently.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to support others.
• Cultural awareness and confidence working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
