Your opportunity

We are establishing new Community Living Supports (CLS) services and are seeking values‑driven people to join our team across a range of roles!

CLS is a recovery‑oriented, trauma‑informed and culturally safe service that supports people living with severe and persistent mental illness to live safely, independently and meaningfully within their community. Grounded in respect, choice and collaboration, CLS works alongside individuals to honour their lived experience, strengthen natural supports, and promote dignity, self‑determination and hope.

Working alongside individuals, families and services, CLS promotes choice, dignity and self‑determination through integrated, person‑centred support informed by evidence‑based psychosocial practice.

We are seeking dedicated and values-driven professionals for the following roles:

• Recovery Case Workers
• Peer Workers
• Aboriginal Recovery Case Workers

Requirements for success

• Experience in mental health and/or community services
• Understanding of, and alignment with, recovery‑oriented practice
• Current valid WWCC and Drivers’ licence
• A related degree or diploma or minimum Cert IV in Mental Health or Peer Work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
