We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Intern to support our team with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, specifically on new learning courses set up, system expert and refresher training for administrators to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for all Team Members.
Key Responsibilities
Course Management:
- Import and configure LinkedIn Learning courses in the LMS, ensuring proper categorisation and items access set up.
- Assist in managing and updating existing courses and learning paths in the LMS.
- Coordinate with the HRIS team to keep course library up to date.
- Assist to troubleshoot any issues raised by content owners/developers
System Expert:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Team Members seeking assistance with the LMS on technical system issues.
- Learn and understand the LMS functionalities to resolve any system issues.
- Escalate complex issues and track the solutioning
- Identify common issues and areas for improvement and document them as quick tips and FAQs to support users
Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
- Assist with users enrollment, course scheduling, and attendance tracking within the LMS.
- Develop and generate reports on course completion, engagement, and usage metrics for analysis and review.
