We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal cares in Rugby, ND. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes in their condition.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer basic first aid and CPR as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide hospice care when required, ensuring comfort during end-of-life stages.
• Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily routines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home community care or similar caregiving roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques is essential.
• Strong ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are crucial for this role.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization within the client's living space.
• A patient-centered approach with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to commute to Rugby, ND.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
