Experion Care NZ is a growing Age Care operator in NZ. Experion Care currently owns six specialized Residential Care facilities in the North and South Island.

Woodfall Home and Hospital is a part of our group, located in Fielding. With a welcoming environment we form a partnership with our residents to ensure their independence, privacy, dignity, cultural and religious needs are met as individuals. At Woodfall Home and Hospital, we are looking for caregivers.

The successful candidate shall be paid depending on the caregiving qualification.

As the successful candidate, you must have a certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent) and/or at least 2 years' experience in caregiving, have empathy for the elderly and be dedicated to making our rest home a wonderful place to live and work.

About you

• Experience preferred but not essential.
• Capable of managing challenging behaviours.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Must be available for Night Shift, if needed.
• High energy, enthusiasm and a team player.
• Be Flexible and have a reliable transport.
• Be punctual, reliable and honest.
