This is a full-time, permanent position with a wage range of $25–$35/hour, based on skill and experience.

Responsibilities:

The Carpenter is responsible for performing and coordinating various carpentry tasks during construction, remodeling, or repair projects in residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in working with all carpentry hand tools and mechanical tools required to complete their work. A positive attitude and a passion for craftsmanship are essential.

• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood, wood substitutes, or other materials.
• Build and repair structures such as partitions, walls, doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, and furniture.
• Install and repair framework, doors, and molding.
• Read blueprints and sketches to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Select and order appropriate materials and ensure the use of proper construction techniques.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and explaining project details.
• Maintain tools and workspaces in excellent condition.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid G-class driver's license.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the general contracting industry.
• Proven skills in carpentry with attention to detail and quality.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Good work ethic and high motivation.
• Access to a smartphone and the internet.
