Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a Carpenter with proven experience in residential renovations and general carpentry. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. From framing to finishing, you will play a key role in executing high-quality work and upholding our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install frameworks, structures, and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and drywall
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
• Collaborate with tradespeople and contractors to coordinate work and ensure timely project completion
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, Director of Operations, and other team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional carpentry experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficient with a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
