Known for our professionalism, punctuality, and workmanship, we are expanding our team and looking to hire an experienced Carpenter to support ongoing maintenance and refurbishment projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter with experience in general property maintenance. The ideal candidate will be confident working on their own initiative and capable of leading small projects across both residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance
• Carry out window and door repairs
• Complete 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
• Support refurbishment projects including drywall slabbing, stud framing, and joinery
• Interact professionally with clients and property managers

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years’ carpentry experience
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate
• Full, clean valid driving licence
• Strong work ethic with pride in workmanship
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent English preferred (not essential)

Desirable:

• MEWP ticket (preferable)
• Own tools (advantageous)

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: €44,500 P.A
• Expected Hours: 39 hours per week
• Schedule:
• 8-hour day shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime opportunities available
