Fine Living ltd have been working with some of Ireland’s leading construction developers for the last 11 years on some cutting edge construction projects including housing developments, apartment blocks and one-off builds. About The Role
As part of the Fine Living Ltd crew, you will work on-site in one of our current projects in the North Dublin area helping to erect timber-framed houses.

• Assemble Timber Frames: Work alongside other carpenters, general operatives and roofers to assemble and install timber frame structures.
• Carpentry: You will support various aspects of carpentry, from framing to final touches, ensuring the high-quality build of homes.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety guidelines on-site.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team, with the opportunity to work on exciting construction projects.

What Skills You Need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Carpentry: Experience in carpentry, erecting of timber frames, roofing, or general construction would be an advantage.
• Physical: This is a hands-on and a physically demanding role. You’ll need to be comfortable working on your feet, handling tools, and working at heights.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

What We Offer:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Manual Handling Certificate (preferred)
• Safe Pass (preferred)
