Description:
About the Role

Working in our modern indoor manufacturing facility, you'll be involved in all aspects of modular construction, helping deliver quality buildings that exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

Construct and assemble modular buildings in a safe, efficient factory environment.
Read and interpret plans and work to detailed specifications.
Deliver high-quality workmanship with a strong attention to detail.
Follow established construction processes and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with multiple trades to keep production moving efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
Contribute ideas that improve quality, efficiency and productivity.

Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Bring

Qualified Carpenter or currently completing your 3rd or 4th year Carpentry Apprenticeship.
Construction White Card.
Pride in producing quality workmanship.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right the first time.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Reliable, self-motivated and safety focused.
