What You’ll Do

• Deck Construction: Build custom decking solutions using materials like timber, composite, and others to meet clients' unique designs.
• Detail-Oriented Craftsmanship: Execute every project to the highest standards, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our team to deliver projects efficiently and professionally.
• Client Interaction: Represent the company by providing exemplary service to our valued customers.
• Creative Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges with confidence to ensure outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven carpentry experience, particularly in decking or similar outdoor projects.
• A strong eye for detail and dedication to delivering exceptional quality in every project.
• A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites when required.
• A positive work ethic and willingness to uphold our reputation for excellence.
