· Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and service requests completed.

· Respond to emergency maintenance calls and participate in on-call rotation.

· Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and company safety procedures at all times.

· Ensure all properties remain clean, safe, and operational during and after repairs.

---

Qualifications & Skills

· Proven carpentry experience—residential or commercial (required).

· Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Carpenter, Remodeler, or similar trade role.

· Working knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical (company can train for advanced areas).

· Strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.

· Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.

· Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, climbing, and performing hands-on tasks.

· Must have a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile) and own tools.

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements

· High school diploma or GED preferred; technical/trade school preferred.

· Carpentry apprenticeship or vocational training strongly preferred.

· Additional certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus but not required.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Background and drug testing required.

---
